So. Nun zu den kleinen Highlights der Ausflüge. Bild Nummer 1 wurde direkt im uni-eigenen Supermarkt aufgenommen. Auf den ersten Blick kaum zu unterscheiden vom Original. Aber irgendwas stimmt hier doch nicht?!
Ähnliche Bilder gäbe es auch aus dem großen Supermarkt neben dem Leader. Im Angebot: gute Herrenschuhe der Marke Bass.
Ein Spaziergang zwischen den zwei größeren Skylines der Stadt offenbart niedliche alte deutsche Häuser mit alternativer nachträglicher Elektro-Verkabelung. Vermutlich kann man diese Gebäude auch als induktive Ladestation für Kleingeräte aller Art nutzen. Beim Blick über die Hauptstraße fällt einem zwischen den ganzen kleinen Gebäuden und engen Gassen dennoch ein Elektrofachgeschäft ins Auge. Die Werbung erweckt den Eindruck von Kompetenz - vielleicht ein Vertragshändler? Diese Elektromarke kommt einem so schrecklich bekannt und vertraut vor. Der Schriftzug...hat da vielleicht der Monteur einfach nur einen Buchstaben vergessen?
Mein ganz persönliches Hightlight ist aber dieses Schmuckstück. Gefunden in einem - selbst für chinesische Verhältnisse - Ramschladen mit überlauter Musik. Der rote Leuchtturm kam mir sofort heimatlich vertraut vor...dennoch musste ich lachen, als ich sah, dass dort sogar "roter Sand" in krakeliger Schrift unter dem Symbol der seemännischen Freiheit oder auch langersehnten Heimkehr geschrieben steht. Wahnsinn. Vielleicht hat der....Kopierer....gedacht, es sei eine Art Glückwunsch oder Seemannsgruß?! Mir egal, mich macht es glücklich :-)

Ein Supermarkt für Ph(F)lips, wie kuhl ist das denn.
Oder die 2. Theorie:
Ich glaube der Monteur hat keinen Buchstaben vergessen. Das "I" herzustellen ist außergewöhnlich teuer und daher gab es nur eins.
Oder Theorie Nummer 3:
Ein stummes "I".
Wahlweise auch die 4. und einzig wahrscheinliche Möglichkeit der Erklärung:
Die Firma Philips hat ihren Namen von diesem kleinen asiatischen Elektrowarenhändler kopiert. Sie haben nicht gefragt, sie haben den Namen von Shang Siu Phlips einfach übernommen und dabei selbstverständlich einen Schreibfehler begangen, den sie nun nicht mehr korrigieren können.
